The Bucket Elevator Is Mainly Composed Of Head, Barrel, With Observation Window And Maintenance Barrel, Ventilator Barrel, High-strength Plastic Dustpan And Dustpan Belt, Base And Other Parts. During Operation, The Material Enters The Dustpan Evenly From The Feed Port, And Then Is Lifted To The Head Of The Machine. When The Dustpan Bypasses The Driving Wheel, The Material Is Dumped Into The Required Container Or The Equipment Of The Next Process. The Work Of The Hoist Can Be Divided Into Loading, Lifting And Unloading. The Key Is Loading And Unloading. The Installation Method And Requirements Of Bucket Elevator Are As Follows: (1) Put The Base In Place At The Installation Site, Calibrate The Level Based On The Upper Flange Surface Of The Base, Tighten The Anchor Nuts, Install The Cylinder Section By Section From The Bottom To The Top According To The Process Design Requirements, Straighten It With Plumb Line, And Then Install The Head. (2) Ensure That There Is No Obvious Dislocation And Gap On Each Pair Of Flange Faces. Between The Flange Surface Can Be Covered With 2mm Thick Dry Rubber Foam Pad Or Asbestos Rubber Pad To Ensure Good Sealing. (3) Correct The Upper Axis, Make It Horizontal, Correct The Upper Axis And The Lower Axis, And Make Their Axis Lines In The Same Vertical Plane. (4) Install The Dustpan On The Dustpan Belt, And Drill The Bolt Hole For The Connection Of The Dustpan Belt At One End Of The Dustpan Belt In Advance (the Bolt Hole For The Connection Of The Other End Is Drilled When The Two Ends Of The Dustpan Belt Are Connected After The Chassis Is Installed). (5) Open The Head Cover, Put The Two Ends Of The Dustpan Belt With The Dustpan Installed In The Head, Put One End Around The Next Wheel, And Connect The Dustpan Belt In The Maintenance Window. The Joint Direction Of The Belt Shall Follow The Running Direction Of The Belt. (6) Add Enough Lubricating Oil To Each Bearing.
