The Lifting Shall Be Normal And The Limit Device Shall Be Sensitive And Reliable. 3. The Following Checks Shall Be Carried Out Before Operation: 1) Roof Mechanism, Suspended Load And Steel Wire Rope Meet The Requirements; 2) The Power Supply Voltage Shall Be Normal And The Grounding (neutral) Protection Shall Be Good; 3) The Mechanical Equipment Is Normal, And The Safety Protection Device Is Complete And Reliable; 4) There Are No Sundries In The Basket, Overload Is Strictly Prohibited. 4. After Startup, The Operation Test Of The Lifting Basket Shall Be Carried Out, And The Operation Can Be Started Only After It Is Confirmed To Be Normal. 5. In Case Of Abnormal Operation During Operation, Stop The Machine Immediately And Take Safety Protection Measures. It Shall Not Be Used Until It Is Inspected And Repaired By Professional Personnel. 6. When Using The Hanging Basket For Electric Welding, The Hanging Basket And Steel Wire Rope Must Be Fully Protected And Shall Not Be Used As The Wiring Circuit. 7. After Operation, The Basket Shall Be Cleaned, Hung 3M From The Ground, Cut Off The Power Supply And Remove The Ladder.
